Andy Ebert, Drill Designer
Andy Ebert currently lives in Plymouth, Michigan where he works as an instructor and designer. He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University with a secondary education certification. Andy is the visual caption head for the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps from Ft. Mills, South Carolina. He will be returning to this role for the 2008 season. Andy also serves as the visual coordinator and caption head for the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Marching Arts Program. His responsibilities include visual caption head of the fall program, director and designer for the World Class Winter Percussion and designer for the World Guard. Under his leadership, the PCMB has enjoyed top 6 finishes in the visual caption the past three years at the BOA Grand Nationals Competition and the Winter Percussion was promoted to World Class in their first WGI season and enjoyed a 6th place finish at WGI Finals. Andy is also very excited to be working with the Independent World Redline Percussion as Show Coordinator and Visual Designer. Andy is involved as a consultant, program coordinator, and drill designer for many successful fall and winter programs across the country.
Colin McNutt, Percussion Designer
Colin McNutt is the 2007 percussion caption supervisor of The Cadets, and corps battery arranger for Northern Star. In 2006, he was percussion designer and caption head for the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps from Madison, WI. Colin has instructed and arranged music for the Star of Indiana Drum and Bugle Corps, and the popular stage production, Blast! He has also written for and instructed the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps from Newark, NJ. Colin has served on the faculty of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he is an alumnus and received degrees in Classics and Music Education. Mr. McNutt is a clinician for the Avedis Zildjian Co., Pearl Corporation, REMO, Inc., and Vic Firth.
Jennifer LeSeth, Guard Designer
Currently the guard caption supervisor for Carolina Crown, Jennifer came to Spirit of America in 2005 with more than nineteen years of performance, design, and instructional color guard experience. She has served as color guard designer and coordinator for the Madison Scouts, instructor and designer for the Bluecoats, Crossmen, and Phantom Regiment. She worked for eight years with the Bands of America title-holding Marian Catholic High School marching band from Chicago Heights, IL, and for another two years with the noted Spring High School of Houston, TX. In drum corps, she has designed for the Bluecoats, Crossmen, and Phantom Regiment. Jennifer's vision has drawn praise from fans, judges, and performers.
